Factories – This image shows a working factory space which is naturally open plan, supplied with 3 phase electricity, and adapts to your business requirement. As Landlords we would endeavour to assist you where necessary to ensure your company can be up and running as soon as possible.

Alternatively you may be moving location and require short term let to store furniture / stock / documentation. We offer 1 month notice by tenants to vacate so ideal for such circumstances. Our site can accommodate 40ft containers with turning circle so deliveries / collections pose no problem. Our Storage facilities range in size – 400sq.ft through to 12,000sq.ft. Some storage units have their own loading bay, others have communal loading bays. Smaller storage units benefit from access to a goods lift if on a higher floor level.
