Workshops – This image is of our Loft Workshop Studio Unit, which benefits from plenty of natural light. We have many other Low Cost Workshop Space which due to the build of the property also benefit from natural light into the areas. We are confident that all our workshop and studio space can be adapted to suit your needs.
Low Cost Workshops and Studio Space are available in various sizes, some of our ground level benefiting from dedicated loading bays. Units on upper floors utilise the goods lift for deliveries etc.
Factories – This image shows a working factory space which is naturally open plan, supplied with 3 phase electricity, and adapts to your business requirement. As Landlords we would endeavour to assist you where necessary to ensure your company can be up and running as soon as possible.
Low Cost Factory Units – If you wish areas to be sub-divided, i.e. creating an internal office area to the factory, this could be accommodated – We are very flexible and are here to help. Units either benefit from dedicated loading bays or utilise the goods lift in the main building.

Storage Space – At Westfield House we have ample space to suit your storage needs. Based just 10 minutes out of the Leeds City Centre and Bradford so if your current office space cannot house your overflow files/stock, we are close at hand.
Alternatively you may be moving location and require short term let to store furniture / stock / documentation. We offer 1 month notice by tenants to vacate so ideal for such circumstances.
